All of our free valuations are carried out by an experienced valuations specialist and are without any obligation whatsoever.

The valuation will provide you with a carefully considered opinion on value, realistic guidance and marketing advice that may well prove invaluable to you.

To arrange a valuation appointment, simply telephone or email the office and an appointment will be made for a valuer to visit you. Once the appointment has taken place you will be sent confirmation in a letter of fees and suggested marketing price.

We wont hassle you to place your property on the market with us, but when you decide to, it couldn’t be easier! Simply telephone the office and an appointment will be made for a member of staff to visit you again and take digital photographs and floorplans and begin to compile the brochures.
